Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad are set to begin their IPL 2020 campaigns by locking horns with each other. The 2016 finalists both teams have had a very contrasting run in IPL after that final. SRH has qualified for the playoffs every year after 2016 whereas, RCB has ended at last, 6th and last positions during last three seasons. This year it seems all different for RCB camp as Captain Virat Kohli has said that this year's squad is the most balanced RCB after 2016. Whereas the SRH have reappointed David Warner as their captain and would like him to replicate his 2016 feat.

Both SRH and RCB have explosive batsmen in their ranks having likes of Jonny Bairstow, David Warner, Kane Williamson and Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers, Aaron Finch respectively. Though Bangalore's middle order is much stronger than SRH because of Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers and Moeen Ali being experienced campaigners.
